‘My Learner ID’ supports Leaders by:

- Complimenting Aistear by developing learner dispositions and in nurturing children to see themselves as capable learners.
- Balancing STen scores and promoting authentic assessment measures.
- Fulfilling the intent of AFL and gently scaffolding teacher practice to align with current assessment policies.
- Providing an authentic framework for Learner Recognition and Learner Responsibility across the school years.
- Placing Learner Voice, Responsibility and Efficacy at the heart of school practice.
